Peopleworks is trauma informed – People facing adversity in and outside of the workplace have sought understanding and assistance through Peopleworks for more than 25 years.

Peopleworks is community based – Providing ethical State wide services both commercially and free for the public good.

Peopleworks supports the 17 SDGs – Committed to making the world a better place by considering the Sustainable Development Goals in its work (including the three main focusses economic growth, social inclusion and environmental protection).

Peopleworks gives back locally and internationally by way of it’s Staff Community Fund and the charity Water for a Village.

Peopleworks’ sustainability plan is guided by our values and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These 17 Goals are focussed on achieving a better and more sustainable global future and include those challenges related to poverty, inequality, climate change, environmental degradation, peace and justice.

Peopleworks has adopted the SDG framework and has held workshops to identify actions that it can take as a Tasmanian business to support the change required in the world to achieve these goals by 2030. One of the many actions include the establishment of a Peopleworks Community Fund to support such goals.
